A Mess
Everyday -- OK, nearly everyday, at least on the days I forget to close every door in the house -- I come home to a mess!
Dolce, our 10-year-old deaf King Charles, is messier than my kids. He is trainable and knows where to poop, eat and even responds to a few hand commands, but the lure of the garbage is too much for him to resist. It's gross.
I know the easy fix for this is to keep the doors closed, but alas, I'm not perfect either, so I have to forgive us both.
