Arrests Made After Nearly 500 Lbs. Of Pot Seized In SE North Dakota
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Authorities in North Dakota say two people have been arrested after nearly 500 pounds of marijuana was seized Sunday morning.
According to the Stutsman County Sheriff's Office, a vehicle traveling eastbound on I-94 in southeastern North Dakota was pulled over for a traffic violation.
After further investigation, authorities discovered 476 pounds of what appeared to be raw marijuana.
Two people, identified as Bee Thor of Wisconsin and Nhia Lee of Minnesota, were arrested.
