Number 3: St. Paul Art Crawl
The Art Collective has been putting this event on since 1991.
It features more than 300 artists at 28 buildings and around 20,000 visitors each year.
The free crawl is mainly concentrated in Lowertown, but events can be found in other neighborhoods as well.
