2 taken to hospital after Newport apartment fire
NEWPORT, Minn. -- Two people were taken to the hospital after an early morning apartment fire in Newport.
The fire happened on 10th Avenue, according to the Newport Fire Department.
It was contained to the apartment of origin.
The cause of the fire is being investigated by the State Fire Marshal.
