2 Indicted For Sex Trafficking After Arrest In Chicago
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - A Coon Rapids man and a Minneapolis woman indicted for sex trafficking in May were arrested Wednesday by U.S. Marshals in the Chicago area.
Phillip Dwayne Lloyd, 43, and Raquel Mone Belcher, 29, are accused of trafficking three juvenile girls. Lloyd is also charged with filming a pornographic video of one of the victims, and Belcher is charged with possessing child pornography.
The case is the result of an investigation by Homeland Security, the Minneapolis Police Department, the Anoka County Sheriff's Office, the FBI and the U.S. Marshals.
