2 Arrested In Shakopee Trailer Park Fatal Shooting
SHAKOPEE, Minn. (WCCO) -- Two men are behind bars in connection with a Thursday evening fatal shooting at a Shakopee trailer park.
Omar Gutierrez, 21, and Devin Lane, 19, were arrested in the investigation, according to Shakopee Police. Authorities didn't say if the two men have been charged with a crime.
Police say the shooting happened just after 5 p.m. on Thursday at the Valley Haven mobile home park on 1st Avenue East. When they arrived, officers discovered an 18-year-old with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say they do not believe this was a random act, and say there is no danger to the public.
