On January 10, Natalie Nyhus and Mike Augustyniak got some lessons in ice fishing. Of course, Natalie had to kiss her catch!

On January 31, Kate Raddatz sang the National Anthem at the Timberwolves game against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
National Weather Person Day!
WCCO celebrated its awesome weather team on February 5.
Motor Boat, Motor Boat
Ok, it wasn't a motor boat, but Frank Vascellaro and Chris Shaffer ran out of gas while driving the Mobile Weather Watcher to Bemidji for Goin' to the Frozen Lake!

On February 18, the morning team enjoyed Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast Day to help support funding for children's cancer research and care.

On March 30, WCCO launched the WCCO Mid-Morning show with Jason DeRusha and Kylie Bearse.

Ashley Roberts now-fiancé surprised her on air by popping the question on April 15.

Matt Brickman brought his baby boy Hank in to meet the WCCO team on May 12.
