46-year-old Dassel man killed in crash near Howard Lake
HOWARD LAKE, Minn. -- The Minnesota State Patrol said one person was killed in a crash in central Minnesota Tuesday morning.
According to the crash report, a Ford Taurus and a Ford F59 Box Truck were both traveling eastbound on Highway 12 when they collided around Keats Avenue Southwest near Howard Lake.
A driver of the Taurus, Toby Birr, 46, of Dassel, died. The 30-year-old man from St. Cloud driving the box truck sustained no injuries in the crash.
The state patrol is investigating.
