1 Detained, 1 Injured In St. Cloud H.S. BB Gun Incident
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- One student has been detained and another has suffered minor injuries in an incident involving a BB gun at a St. Cloud high school Tuesday, according to police.
Police say the incident, which involved two students and a BB gun, occurred at Tech High School shortly after 9 a.m.
The incident prompted a lockdown at the school for precautionary reasons, and one of the involved students was immediately detained, according to police.
The other student involved received minor injuries and the victim's parents were immediately notified. It's unclear how the student was injured.
There were no other injuries.
The lockdown was lifted at 9:45 a.m. and the school is back to normal activities.
The investigation continues.
