1 Dead In Snowmobile Accident In St. Louis County
TOWER, Minn. (AP) — A snowmobiler has died in an accident in Saint Louis County.
Sheriff's officials say 53-year-old Steven Rahman was riding on the Taconite trail near Tower on Wednesday night with four others when he missed a curve and struck a tree.
Authorities say the Hastings man was wearing a helmet. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators say speed was a factor in the crash.
