BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — Nikita Zadorov scored 29 seconds into overtime to lift the Buffalo Sabres to a 4-3 win over the Florida Panthers on Saturday night.

Brian Gionta, Marcus Foligno and Cody Hodgson also scored for Buffalo (12-16-2), which has won three in a row and nine of its last 12.

Jussi Jokinen, Sean Bergenheim and Jimmy Hayes scored goals for Florida (12-8-8), which had a two-game winning streak snapped.

Jhonas Enroth made 25 saves for Buffalo, while Al Montoya stopped 28 shots for Florida in relief of starting goaltender Roberto Luongo.

Gionta took a long pass from Tyler Myers and scored with a wrist shot from the top of the right circle to tie the game 3-3 with 14:33 left in the third period.

Jokinen gave Florida its first lead 57 seconds into the third period, scoring on a slap shot from the right circle off a crossing pass from Dave Bolland.

The Panthers scored on their first two shots of the second period to tie the game.

Bergenheim knocked the puck in off Sabres defender Nikita Zadorov's skate 1:08 into the period to make it 2-1. Brad Boyes assisted on the goal after taking the puck away from Sabres defender Rasmus Ristolainen behind the net.

Hayes tied the game less than four minutes later, scoring on a one-timer from the left side off Bergenheim's pass through the crease.

Montoya kept the game tied in the final minute of the second period, stopping Matt Moulson's shot from point blank range on the power play.

The Sabres were the aggressors early on, firing off the first four shots and taking the lead 2:06 into the first period on Hodgson's second goal of the season.

Patrick Kaleta set up Hodgson with a backhanded pass from the boards. It was Kaleta's first point in nine games this season, and his first assist since March 7, 2012.

Foligno put the Sabres up 2-0 with 6:55 left in the first period, scoring for the second game in a row after his own 19-game scoreless drought. Nicolas Deslauriers fed Foligno for a wrist shot from the right side that beat Montoya.
