CBSMIAMI (CBSMiami) – A Miami woman, whose lewd video went viral recently from outside a South Beach Johnny Rockets, has been arrested.
Angelic Valle, 23, was denied bond Friday on charges of inciting a riot, indecent exposure, lewd and lascivious behavior and disorderly conduct.
"The public defender is trying to find a hospital placement for her," said Judge Mindy Glazer .
According to Valle's father, she has been Baker Acted in the past, has gone into crisis and needs medication.
The incident took place Oct. 9 at 3:40 p.m. at the Johnny Rockets on 728 Ocean Drive.
In video taken by witnesses and posted on a website where it went viral, Valle is completely naked when she "placed a steel chair leg into her buttocks," according to the Miami Beach police report. The video also shows her naked on a table as she "poured ketchup on herself and began dancing," states the report.
Warning: Parts Of The Video Are Graphic
When she was told that police were on the way, she left the restaurant holding a towel and her bathing suit. She came back a few minutes later, dressed, looking for her shoes and bag and she left.
Damages totaled $420.
There may be more charges.
Police say they are also looking for one of the men in the video; a man in his 20's who "committed a Lewd and Lascivious act in plain view of the public," state police.
Anyone with information about this person is asked to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS.
About a week after the incident, Valle took to social media and apparently proudly confessed to the act.
She didn't stop there and posted another video saying "It was fun," and "Take me to jail."
