Winderman on Wade: "I Think He's Playing For The Love Of The Game"
Sun-Sentinel Miami Heat beat writer Ira Winderman joined the Big O Show on 560 WQAM to discuss the future for the Miami Heat in the off season. Winderman goes into detail about what the Heat will do with Wade, Bosh, Whiteside and Dragic.
On Dwyane Wade returning to the Heat next season:
"I think he's in a different place. I don't think Dwyane Wade is only at this moment playing for a championship. I think he's playing for the love of the game. I think he's happy and content with the season they had this year. This is not someone like Kevin Durant going for the Holy Grail. I think if Dwyane Wade can collect a salary that he believes is commencer with his ability, I don't think the number one line on Dwyane Wade's box is winning another NBA championship."
On Chris Bosh:
"If you were to ask me if I thought Chris Bosh would ever play again, my answer is no."
"Would any free agent come here with this uncertainty with Chris Bosh?"
On Kevin Durant coming to Miami:
"I don't see that at all. I'm surprised people are still bringing it up."
