MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- U.S. Marshals tracked down and arrested a fugitive in a South Florida detox center, wanted for crimes in Ohio.

Authorities arrested Matthew Thomas Foreman at a West Palm Beach detox center on Wednesday.

Foreman was dubbed the "Monster Mobster" for the Monster energy drink shirt he would wear while allegedly robbing several businesses  while carrying a firearm in Columbus, Ohio back in June.

On July 21st, the Municipal Court in Columbus, Ohio issued a warrant for Foreman's arrest on a charge of Aggravated Robbery with a firearm.

In the warrant, it states Foreman "brandished" a semi-automatic handgun while allegedly committing the robberies.

On Tuesday, a family member of Foreman's tipped off the U.S. Marshals Service saying he may have been admitted into a detox center in Delray Beach .

Marshals from the West Palm Beach office showed up to the Summit Detox center, found and arrested Foreman.

They tried searching for the infamous Monster energy shirt but they could not find it.

Foreman allegedly told them he had been admitted to the center for a heroin addiction.

After he was taken into custody, Foreman made a spontaneous statement, saying "If you do the crime, I guess you have to do the time."

Foreman is no stranger to South Florida, he was raised in the Riviera Beach and Palm Beach County area. He attended high school in Palm Beach County
