Unclaimed $46k Winning Lotto Ticket Set To Expire

TALLAHASSEE (CBSMiami) -- The Florida Lottery announced that the winning ticket in a Fantasy 5 drawing worth more than $46,000 has one week left before it expires.
The 180-day deadline to claim the top prize is Friday, February 5, 2016 at midnight est. It's worth $46,343.00.
The winning numbers for the Fantasy 5 ticket in an August 9, 2015 drawing were:
09 - 11 - 13 - 30 - 36
The winning Quick Pick ticket was sold at the Publix at 3339 West 80th Street in Hialeah.
Players who may have purchased FANTASY 5 tickets at this retail location are encouraged to check their tickets for the August 9th drawing.
While any Florida Lottery retailer can validate the winning ticket, the FANTASY 5 top prize must be claimed at a Florida Lottery district office or at Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee.
