Two People Facing Charges After Miami Carjacking Outside Dunkin Donuts

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Two people are facing charges after an early morning carjacking in Miami.

Police say it happened outside a Dunkin Donuts on 51st Street and Biscayne Boulevard.

The victim told police he was walking back to his car when the female suspect approached him.

He told officers the woman told him that her boyfriend had hit her.

When he offered to help her, a man walked up and the two men got into a fight.

Fearing for his life, the victim threw his car keys to the ground.

Police say the suspects got in the car and took off. They were eventually caught by police at 4311 Northwest 11th Court.

Lamar Davis and Antoinette March are now facing multiple charges.

The victim suffered minor injuries and was treated on the scene.
