Tourist Accused Of Filming Under Woman's Skirt

MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- An Italian tourist is in trouble with the law, accused of using his iPhone to record video under a woman's skirt.
Miami Beach Police said Filippo Fiorentini, 28, was using a shopping basket at Whole Foods on South Beach to record under a woman's skirt.
According to the arrest warrant, police said the man placed his basket under the woman's skirt at the checkout counter.
The alleged woman told an off-duty police officer who was at the store to investigate. That's when, police said, they found the video of the woman under the skirt.
Police say the man admitted "that he made a mistake" and he "acknowledged that he did record under the victim's skirt."
Fiorentini is charged with video voyeurism. He's being held on $5,000 bond.
