The interactive and educational Young at Art Museum features a number of fun exhibits to keep children engaged. The "ArtScapes" exhibit is a visual dream with real art work as well as replicas of works by such historic artists as Keith Haring showing a progression through time in art history. The larger-than-life design décor intends to show the world as seen through the eyes of a child. The interactive exhibit allows children to explore and learn with everything from curating their own gallery exhibitions to creating self portraits based on famous self portraits in art history.

Target presents PAMM Free Second Saturdays at the Perez Art Museum Miami. The family-friendly event is held every second Saturday of the month and features hands-on, interactive events and activities for children and their parents to explore art themes and creativity together. The "Tinkertop: Build Your Imagination" is a special traveling exhibition that will be making about a three-month stop at Miami Children's Museum. The entertaining exhibition is also an educational tool based on creativity, imagination and problem-solving. The gallery features exhibitions for viewing and learning as well as nine interactive stations for children to get involved with the Tinkertoy building process. Children come up with their own ideas and inventions and simultaneously work on their development skills.

The "Knight Gallery" is a permanent exhibit at the Young at Art Museum. The gallery's contents change continuously throughout the year as it is home to the temporary exhibits of the museum.
