Time-Lapse Posted By Astronaut Shows Lightning From Space

MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- New time lapse video posted on social media shows storms through parts of the world.
The 30 second video posted by British Astronaut Tim Peake, shows the amount of lightning strikes hitting the planet within 10-12 minutes.
Peake, whose on the International Space Station(ISS), posted the video February 9th as they were traveling about 5,500 km flying from North Africa over Turkey towards Russia.
He has been living and working on the ISS for the past six months.
