The Final, Redacted Bieber Police Video Released
MIAMI BEACH (CBSMiami) – The final two police video clips of Justin Bieber taken inside the Miami Beach police station following his January arrest have now been released but these actually show Bieber giving a urine sample for a drug test, with sensitive portions blacked out as ordered by a judge.
The clips released Thursday morning show the 20-year-old singer standing behind a low partition in a small jail cell to provide the sample. A black box is imposed over his lower half to conceal his genitalia.
The redacted video was released per court order after CBS4 News, the Miami Herald and other media outlets requested the video be released under Florida's open records law.
Judge Bill Altfield ruled the video could be released but only after sensitive portions be blacked out to protect the singer's privacy.
Three other clips, released a day earlier, show Bieber being escorted by police to the jail cell. It also shows him walking around, sitting in a chair, talking to his pal and fellow arrestee Khalil Sharieff, all while a police officer stands nearby.
Several photographs taken by police of Bieber showing his tattoos were given to the media Tuesday.

The videos are part of several hours of video captured by surveillance cameras inside the Miami Beach Police Department's jail, where Bieber was held after his arrest on DUI charges on January 23.
In clips released earlier by prosecutors, there is one that shows the troubled singer wobbling while walking a white line during a sobriety test inside the police station.
Florida's open records law gives the news media full access to documents, photographs and video collected by police unless there is a compelling reason to keep them private.
Bieber was arrested after officers said he was drag racing a Lamborghini on a residential road in South Beach. He admitted to smoking marijuana and taking prescription pain killers, according to police.
A status hearing is set for March 11 in Bieber's DUI case, which also includes a charge of resisting arrest without violence and driving with an expired license.
Court records also show Bieber was scheduled Thursday to give a deposition in an unrelated Miami lawsuit filed by a photographer who says he was roughed up by the singer's bodyguards.
