MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- Dancers on World Tour with Taylor Swift took their talents off the stage and into the hospital for a good cause.

The dancers surprised sick kids with a performance at the Holtz Children's Hospital Monday afternoon.

The smiling group performed to Swift's songs like "Shake It Off" and "Welcome To New York." It's something they say they are happy to do.

"It's such a fulfilling thing because to give a move and find so much joy in the movement that I have, to know I can give that energy to somebody else, it's great. There are really no words about it. No words at all," said dancer Nolan Padilla.

The routines are just a preview of Swift's South Florida concert scheduled for Tuesday at the American Airlines Arena.
