Starbucks Now Serving Alcohol At Some S.Fla. Locations

MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- Starbucks will start serving beer and wine this week aside from its famous coffee and tea selection.
The new items are part of the coffeehouse's expanded Starbucks evening menu which also includes dishes like their Truffle Mac & Cheese and flatbread.
Eight locations in South Florida are set to start serving the new items starting Wednesday. The locations serving up the new items include:
- 9560 Harding Avenue, Surfside
- 9700 Pines Boulevard, Pembroke Pines
- 101 Northwest 136th Avenue, Sunrise
- 6111 Lyons Road, Space 101, Coconut Creek
- 3349 W. Hillsboro Beach Boulevard, Deerfield Beach
- 226 Clematis Street, West Palm Beach
- 10925 N. Military Trail, Palm Beach
- 287 E Indiantown Road , Jupiter
The food menu items will be served all day but the beer and wine will be served starting at 4 p.m.
The new menu in South Florida comes just a day after Starbucks was touting their new Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe which will now have real pumpkin.
