South Florida man found guilty of murder in 11-year-old's death
MIAMI - A jury has found a South Florida man guilty of murder in the killing of 11-year-old Martha Guzman.
Miguel Lobo now faces the death penalty at sentencing.
Police said Guzman was found in her mother's apartment in Miami, with her neck slashed and her wrists.
They say Guzman staged it to look like a suicide.
