Smith: Dwyane Wade is 'Still An Elite Player''

What is Dwyane Wade worth and for how long?

It's been a polarizing topic on South Florida airwaves this week, but former NBA guard Steve Smith "wouldn't be opposed to a three-year deal" for the aging Heat star because he takes care of himself and he's "still an elite player at his position."

"I think you have to understand it's a business," Smith said on the Marc Hochman Show with Zach Krantz, "but I think you also have to understand that in both sides you can't lose the love and the passion and the pureness of the game and why you play the game from when you first picked up a basketball and then hopefully you can get the business through.

"I advise all guys to be hands on. Obviously you have your agent, but the agent works for you. You don't work for him."
