Salguero on Tannehill's Contract: 'That's the Market'
Ryan Tannehill received a contract extension that could keep him in Miami through 2020 for a crisp $96 million, a contract the Miami Herald's Armando Salguero thinks is good value.
"That's the market for a good-not-great quarterback that is past his rookie contract," Salguero said on 560 WQAM's Big O Show. "It is what it is.
"The Dolphins are able to extricate themselves from Ryan Tannehill in the latter years easily if he doesn't turn out to be the franchise quarterback that they think he's going to be."
