Rosenthal on Dolphins: 'I Can't Get Past' Joe Philbin

Are the Miami Dolphins still a rising, playoff-caliber team?

"I just still worry," NFL Network's Gregg Rosenthal said on the Big O Show. "I can't get past the head coach and the history of the organization of the last few years--not winning big games."

As for quarterback Ryan Tannehill, what's his ceiling?

"I think he'll have a better season than [at Washington] because I believe in the system," Rosenthal said. "He hasn't practiced with these receivers practically at all as you know because of the injuries, or at least he hasn't played with them in games. I think that's gonna come around... If his protection holds up I think he'll keep progressing and moving forward.

"I think he'll be solid enough to win. You're not gonna expect him to be a Top 5 quarterback and carry them. I don't know if the defense is going to be a dominant, dominant defense and that's what they need."
