Richt: With Hurricanes 'I'm Going To Be More Involved Than I Have Been'

New Miami Hurricanes head coach Mark Richt joined the Joe Rose Show on Monday to discuss taking the job and his plans with the team moving forward.

"Juniors like, Stacy Coley are the first kids I'm hitting in the recruiting process. I have meetings with all those guys later in the week to discuss their draft eligibility with them."

"You have to know what you have and work around it, people want to see that there's a commitment to excellence and the facilities can make them pause."

"I'm going to be more involved than I have been in the past few years, I'll be more hands, certainly. Most likely we'll hire an offensive coordinator not necessary to call plays but help out with other demands for the team."
