MIAMI (CBSMiami) - A pound of pot was found stuffed a Barbie box during a traffic stop on Florida's west coast.
Oh my, what would Ken think.
When a Florida Highway Patrol trooper pulled over Rubin Carlton McFaddon, 31, on I-75 near mile marker 98, some things just didn't make sense.
The trooper initially pulled McFaddon, who is from Miami-Dade, because the vehicle had illegally tinted windows.
When asked for license and registration, McFaddon gave the officer a car rental agreement, according to the NaplesNews.com. However, the vehicle he as driving was not listed on the agreement and the vehicle's VIN number did not match with its license plates, according to the FHP.
A records check on McFadden revealed that he had prior drug arrests. When the troopers asked to search his vehicle, McFaddon refused so a drug-sniffing dog was brought in.
In the rear floorboard are, the dog 'hit' on a cardboard Barbie box. Inside, troopers reportedly found two clear bags contained about one pound of marijuana.
McFaddon was arrested and faces a number of charges.
