Police: Mother Stabs Ex-Boyfriend After Finding Him With Her Child
MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- A mother stabbed her ex-boyfriend after finding him with her daughter, Miami Police said.
According to authorities, the mother was at her Little Havana home when she walked in on her ex-boyfriend, Edwin Edimar Manzanarez Hercules, forcing her 4-year old to perform a sexual act on him.
She then stabbed him. It is unclear what she stabbed him with. Police said she will not be charged.
Hercules, 25, was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital and arrested on Friday.
He is facing charges of sexual battery on a minor, burglary, grand theft and possession of burglary tools.
Hercules is being held on no bond.
