MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- A missing 14-year-old South Florida boy has been found.
Matthew Tomescu was checked into Miami Children's hospital Saturday Morning and is recovering from anxiety, depression and dehydration.
He went missing on Thursday near South Miami K-8 Center and was found around 4 a.m. Saturday morning in the exact same location.

His father, Marco Abdala, said the teen had been out wondering the streets around South Miami K-8 Center for nearly 36 hours when he was finally able to turn on his phone and call 9-1-1 for help.
"He was tired and shaking and hungry and he needs to drink water because she was thirsty for a day and a half," said Abdala.
His mother left the 14-year-old in the car while she went to pick up a younger child from school. When she came back, Matthew had disappeared.
"The car was still running, the keys inside, the doors closed and he was gone," said Jeanie Tomescu, the boy's mother.
The family spent all day and night Friday passing out fliers trying track him down.

Abdala said the teen's mother got up to check her computer at around 4 a.m. and saw the tracking device on Matthew's cell phone was activated. She called police who said they had found her son.
The child was okay, but just has some emotional issues, police said.
Abdala said his son walked away from the family car after having a panic attack. Tomescu and his mother apparently had a disagreement earlier that day about his grades.
