Person Airlifted Out of Sun Life Stadium

MIAMI GARDENS (CBSMiami) -- Rescue crews airlifted a person out of Sun Life Stadium Saturday morning.
Miami-Dade Fire officials said the person was injured due to an accident with mechanical equipment that resulted in the person being burned.
The person's injuries were significant enough for the person to be airlifted to the nearest trauma hospital.
Their condition and identity of the victim is unknown at this time.
A Sun Life Stadium spokesperson issued a statement on the incident saying, "We are aware of the incident and are in the process of gathering all of the facts."
