PALM BEACH (CBSMiami) – A Palm Beach County teenager has been arrested for allegedly posing as a doctor and performing exams.

Palm Beach Narcotics Task Force (PBNTF) and their partners at the Florida Department of Health began investigating a complaint of a person practicing medicine without a license.

As the investigation progressed, 18-year-old Malachi Love-Robinson was named a person of interest after it was revealed he had been investigated and cited by Department of Health for practicing medicine without a license in October of 2015.

PBNTF said they discovered Love-Robinson had opened a medical office at 4700 north Congress Avenue, suite 303, West Palm Beach and was presenting himself as a medical certified doctor.

According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, an undercover female agent went into New Birth New Life Medical Center & Urgent Care and was met by Love-Robinson.

Love-Robinson reportedly performed a physical exam on the agent and offered her medical advice.

He was arrested by the task force and booked on the charge of practicing medicine without a license.
