Miami man filmed punching dog in the face has been arrested on animal cruelty
MIAMI – The North Miami Police Department arrested Juan Pablo Arce, 23, on Thursday after being accused of punching his dog several times.
The act was caught on video that quickly went viral and had many outraged.
The video was posted by Only In Dade and shows a man holding a dog by the leash and punching it in the face several times.
It was sent to police or the Crime Stoppers tip line.
