Man Accused Of Stabbing Sleeping Girlfriend Multiple Times
SOUTHWEST MIAMI-DADE (CBSMiami) – Miami-Dade police are searching for a man who allegedly stabbed his girlfriend while she slept.
When found, he faces attempted murder charges.
According to investigators, the suspect, Jorge Borda, stabbed his 21-year-old girlfriend multiple times September 24.
The victim is recovering.
Police believe Borda, 33, fled to an area he is known to frequent near Southwest 104 Street and Southwest 108 Avenue.
Investigators said the day after the stabbing, Borda was involved in a hit-and-run accident where he assaulted the driver of the other vehicle that was unrelated to the attempted murder case.
