Local Millionaire Accused Of Abusing Minor To Face Judge

LIGHTHOUSE POINT (CBSMiami) – A local millionaire accused of of sexually abusing a minor is set to face a judge Monday afternoon.
During the bond hearing, other alleged victims of Louis Romano Bianculli,68, are expected to testify.
Police said, the land developer, worth $29 million, would use chloroform or sleeping pills to knock out an underage girl over a span of five years, groped her, performed surgeries on her with syringes to make her skinnier or put objects inside her private parts.

Investigators said all this happened inside his 10,000 square foot Lighthouse Point mansion.
According to a search warrant, Bianculli is accused of telling the victim's mother in a recorded conversation, "The fact that the (victim) was naked in my presence was wrong completely. The fact that I touched her in any capacity was totally wrong….Everything I did was wrong."

The search warrant also reveals that,"since arrest, several leads were generated leading to multiple victims of this extreme sadomasochistic behavior, and sexual conduct by Louis Bianculli over the course of many years prior to 2005, some of whom are believed to be minors at the time of their occurrence."
Bianculli is currently being held without bond.
