MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- A new lawsuit is accusing Snapchat of exposing kids to sexually explicit content - without a warning to them or their parents.
A 14-year old boy and his mother filed the lawsuit which focuses on Snapchat's Discover feature using examples including "10 things he thinks when he can't make you orgasm" in the Cosmopolitan section among others.
Snapchat said it can't comment but apologized if people were offended.
The app which may have first gotten popular with young users is now getting an increasing number of adults joining in. About 38 percent of mobile users between the ages of 25 to 34 used Snapchat at least once in May. That's double the percentage from less than two years ago.
