Kelly: Ryan Tannehill Has 'Been The Most Consistent Performer'

"I've got to admit that Ryan Tannehill has been a pleasant surprise in camp," Sun Sentinel's Omar Kelly said on the Big O Show. "I thought that he had a very strong camp last year. I thought he took steps forward, but then we started playing real games and not playing patty cake with the defense. And you saw what happened during the season.

"So far in camp, I think he's been the most consistent performer. You can tell he's got a great mastery and understanding of the offense. He's really making the deep ball come alive. I think he's hit a deep ball just about every day of practice, at least one. And he's not throwing his interceptions. Usually Ryan Tannehill is good for a couple of interceptions every week, and so far he's only thrown three in six practices."
