Jim talks one-on-one with Mayor Michael Joseph

Jim welcomes to Facing for the first time, the newly-elected Mayor of North Miami Beach, Michael Joseph, who was sworn in this past week. Joseph won in a runoff election to become the city's first black mayor. He is a civil rights attorney whose parents came to this country from Haiti.
