SCOUTING: From the moment he first played with the Lions as a sophomore, you could tell right away that this was someone who had everything you were looking for from a line prospect. Size, quickness and a passion to get bigger and stronger in the weight room. His ability to line up on either side of the ball and impact just about every play makes him a prospect that has made a major impact. Having watched him play six times live over the past two seasons, there is little doubt that this two-way football player will make continue to grow in the offseason, and everyone will be watching. Hawkins is a tremendous talent who does play with a lot of intensity.
