Hulk Hogan In Court Over Sex Tape Lawsuit

TAMPA (CBSMiami) -- Former wrestling superstar Hulk Hogan appeared in a Tampa court room for a hearing related to his lawsuit against the website Gawker.
Terry Bollea, better known as the Hulkster, is suing the company for $100 million for invasion of privacy after they posted a sex tape of him and the wife of his former friend, Bubba the Love Sponge.
His attorneys are also accusing Gawker of leaking sealed FBI documents and audio tapes containing racist rants from Hogan.
Gawker denies the allegation.
