Man Charged In Deadly Case Of Domestic Violence In Hialeah

MIAMI (CBSMiami) -A man has been arrested after police say he stabbed his brother-in-law to death.
Just after 1 a.m., Hialeah police said they received a call about the deadly domestic dispute at 2307 West 53rd Place.
When officers arrived they found the body of the victim.
Shortly after that, they located their suspect, Jesús Hernández, near the Holiday Inn off the Palmetto Expressway and 103rd Street.
Investigators said Hernández and his brother-in-law had a dispute a few days earlier in which Hernandez was told he was no longer wanted in the house.
Hernandez reportedly replied with death threats. He now faces a first degree murder charge.
