LAUDERDALE LAKES (CBSMiami) – Looking like something out of a horror movie, a South Florida bank was robbed Friday afternoon by a gun-toting, scary mask-wearing bandit.

The FBI released pictures of the robber in action, just a couple of hours after the crime took place at a Chase Bank branch located at 4820 W Oakland Park Blvd in Lauderdale Lakes.

According to the FBI, the bank bandit pulled out a gun, which can be seen in the surveillance picture, and demanded money from a teller.

Customers were in the bank at the time but there were no injuries.

It's not known how much money the masked bandit got away with.

If anyone has information as to the identity of this bank robber, they are urged to call the FBI at (754) 703-2000 or Crime Stoppers.
