MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- Another Florida State University football player is in trouble with the law and he is from Miami.
FSU's Dalvin Cook, considered a rising star, is accused of punching a woman in the face and has been suspended for it.
The State Attorney in Tallahassee plans to issue an arrest warrant for Cook and charge him with misdemeanor assault.
A Tallahassee woman identified Cook as the man who punched her in the face several times after she refused the overtures of another man.
Both men, she said claimed they were football players who could "buy her in a couple of years."
He is the second Florida player this week to be accused of this.
De'Andre Johnson was kicked off the team for punching a woman.
The alleged incident with Cook apparently happened a day after Johnson's incident in a Tallahassee bar.
His lawyer claims that Johnson was provoked by a racial slur. Johnson has since been kicked off the Seminoles football team.
Meantime, there is not comment yet from Cook about the allegations he faces.
