Four Florida Cities Lead Nation In Cash Home Sales

MIAMI (CBSMiami/AP) - Miami and three other Florida cities lead the nation when it comes to all-cash real estate transactions.
The research firm RealtyTrace said the three other cities which had the highest share of home sales in cash of any metro area in the nation in June were Homosassa Springs, Naples and Vero Beach.
Cash sales in those markets hovered in the 50 percent range. Nationwide, that figure is less than 25 percent.
The only non-Florida city approaching that level of cash sales was New York City.
