Former Cane Jon Feliciano Rips Al Golden
It's been a week since former University of Miami head football coach Al Golden made statements that he felt "burnt out" during his time in Miami.
Even for the most casual Canes fan, his words were maddening and perplexing.
So you can only imagine the rage it must have sparked for someone who actually had to endure Golden pretty much on a daily basis.
Former UM offensive lineman and current Oakland Raider Jon Feliciano joined Orlando Alzugaray on The Big O Show Thursday on Miami Sports Radio 560 WQAM and needless to say he was quite perturbed.
"I'm in a group text with a few of my other teammates from Miami and everyone in that text felt disrespected and felt [Golden] was trying to put the blame on someone else," Feliciano said in the interview.
Feliciano, who started 46 for Miami from 2010-2014 and was a fourth round selection of the Raiders a year ago, wasn't shy about voicing his true feelings about Golden's tenure in Miami as soon as the comments were released.
During the interview, Feliciano also made comments pointing towards Golden being unapproachable; that he gave poor advice to players regarding leaving for the NFL; and that he mishandled the injury situations of multiple players.
