Florida voters have decided on key races and proposed constitutional amendments in the 2024 election.
CBS News projects President Donald Trump defeated Vice President Kamala Harris in Florida, and that incumbent Republican Sen. Rick Scott won against Democratic challenger Debbie Mucarsel-Powell in the U.S. Senate race. Amendment 4, regarding abortion rights, and Amendment 3 on recreational marijuana were both rejected by voters, CBS News projected.
