First Lady & Biden To Aid Crist Campaign
TALLAHASSEE (CBSMiami) - With the Florida governor's race in a dead heat, First Lady Michelle Obama and Vice President Joe Biden are headed to the sunshine state to support Charlie Crist.
The First Lady is set to appear at a fundraiser on October 17th at the Orlando-area home of former NBA player Grant Hill, as reported by Politico.
The Crist campaign also sent out an email which said Biden will appear at a rally on Monday at Temple Beth Shira in Boca Raton.
The aid comes at a time when the democratic candidate and incumbent Gov. Rick Scott are deadlocked at 40-39 percent likely voter support, according to the latest poll by 0ptimus.
