"If they're scared of if you guys were drunk or something, please turn yourself in," pleads Torres' family friend Sylvia. "Sooner or later, your conscious is going to hit you and you're not going to be able to live in peace because God knows who you are.
"We might not know who you are, but God knows who you are."
Authorities said the car possibly has damage to the front left corner and possibly the hood and windshield.
The Torres Family speaks about the 29-year-old victim, who was known by those close to him as Joey.
Torres is described as a kind and generous man who was raised by his grandmother and worked at a flower packing company.
His family says Torres was pedaling home when he was hit.
The surveillance video shows someone getting out of a car in the area where Torres laid injured, but its unclear who that driver was.
At this moment, the Torres family's loss is amplified by knowing someone left Torres to die.
Anyone with information is urged to call Miami-Dade crimestoppers at (305) 471-TIPS.
