Facing South Florida: One-on-One with Supt. Mark Porter

Jim travels to Key West for an extended one-on-one interview with Monroe County Schools Superintendent Mark Porter. The two discuss the measure to extend for another 10 years a half-penny sales tax dedicated to schools. Voters will decide the school sales tax issue on Election Day November 4th.
