Facing South Florida: Lt. Gov. Carlos Lopez-Cantera

Carlos Lopez-Cantera was a state representative for eight years before he was elected to be Miami-Dade's property appraiser. Lopez-Cantera has been working to bridge the divide between the legislature and the governor's office and he is expected to be a key figure on the campaign trail, especially when it comes to courting Hispanic voters, as Scott tries to win a second term. Lopez-Cantera sits down for an extensive one-on-one with Jim. To watch the first part of the interview, click on the above picture.
